what you need

2 eggs (yolk and white separate)
2 tbsp Pride of India's Nonfat Dry Milk
2 tbsp Pride of India's Super Stevia
1 cup water

how to make

Take 2 egg yolks, 2 tbsp Nonfat Dry Milk, 2 tbsp Super Stevia, and 1 cup water in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Take 2 egg whites in another bowl and beat till stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites with batter to get a foamy smooth batter.
Grease and set the metal ring molds in a pan over low heat.
Fill ¾ the molds with batter; cover the pan and cook for 5 mins.
Flip and cook for 5 more mins.

Serve with berries and syrup, and enjoy this hearty breakfast with your family!
