We bring you a recipe of the chickpea curry with a twist of our Pride of India’s Chickpea Curry Masala.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1 jalapeño,
2 tbspChickpea Curry Masala
1 ts Black Pepper Ground
2 cups fresh tomato
15 oz Chickpeas
½ cup water
½ lemon
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add garlic, ginger and jalapeño.
Add species and continue to cook for 1-2 mins.
Add tomatoes, chickpea and water.
Stir nicely.
Stir on simmer till the mixture gets thick.
Serve hot.
