Heat the almond milk and the vegan butter until warm and melted. After adding yeast to it, add sugar and salt to it.
Add ½ cup flour to it and let it get thick. Transfer it to a bigger bowl and make it into a dough. Coat it with olive oil and start baking, letting it rise for an hour.
Bring the dough out and roll it in a thin rectangle. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on it.
Cut the dough into 2 inches sections and butter it well.
Pack the rolls with a plastic cover and let it back for 25-30 mins after preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
