Pride of India Blue Sapphire - Butterfly Pea Bliss Tea delivers a unique strong aroma and a refreshing flavor due to its menthol content. It is made from pure peppermint infusions and widely popular for its whistling cool freshness and its health properties. This tea can be consumed at any time of the day or before bedtime. Simply add 1 tea bag to 1 cup of hot water and steep it for 4-5 minutes. Remove it and serve it hot. Add sweetener if desired. The Mint Tea aids in digestion, weight loss, relieving tension and improves memory as well. It also helps in boosting energy levels in the body. Brewing Directions
Bring water to a rolling boil and add into a cup.
Add 1 tea bag for every 1 cup of hot water.
Let the tea leaves steep for 4-5 minutes to get optimal flavor & strength.
Add sweetener as per desire. Remove the tea bag and enjoy the tea.
If using a Tea Pot, add 2-3 Tea Bags per 0.75 liter (24oz) of hot water. We highly recommend using our Tempered Glass or Gooseneck Steel Tea Pots.
