Burgers are always fun to have. The delicious patties, warm and soft buns and loads of veggies, there’s nothing that isn’t wonderful about burgers!
We bring you a recipe with our Pride of India’s Chickpea Curry Masala Burger made fresh out of chickpea lentil patty andChickpea Curry Masala!
2 cups cooked chickpea
1 carrot
½ cup white cabbage
½ small white onion
1 piece ginger root,
¾ cup gram chickpea flour
1 tablespoonHimalayan Pink Salt
1 teaspoonOrganic Turmeric Ground
1 teaspoonRed Chili Ground
2 teaspoonsOrganic Garam Masala Ground
1 tablespoonCoriander Seed Ground
2 tablespoons oil
Hamburger buns
In a food processor, blend the chickpeas until well mashed.
Add the remaining ingredients and process again.
Add the spices and blend nicely and smoothly.
With your hands, take the mixture and flatten them into patties.
In a shallow frying pan, heat the oil. Add the patties and brown them on both sides.
Serve with a hamburger bun and cut up veggies in between.
